An SWHS Care Plan is our comprehensive boiler care and maintenance package designed to keep your heating and hot water running reliably all year round. It includes regular servicing and access to our team of qualified engineers when you need support.
Your cover begins when we receive your first successful payment and the initial inspection of your system has been completed. Until both are done, emergency and breakdown cover are not active.
No — standard plans do not include full boiler replacement. If a system is unrepairable or unsafe, replacement is not covered under standard care plans, though alternative options may be discussed with you.
Yes — you have a right to cancel within 14 days for a full refund, unless work has been completed. After 14 days, you can still cancel with a refund for unused time, minus the cost of any work completed.
Yes — our based engineers are experienced in repairing and servicing most boiler makes and models. We also carry a wide range of spare parts on our vans to maximise first-visit fixes.
