Came out to a problem with the timer on our boiler. Claimed to have fixed the issue. It went faulty a short time after. Came back to replace the timer, claimed to have fixed the issue. Went faulty a short time later. Came back, replaced the timer and PCB board and claimed to have resolved the problem. Problem with timer is there and no we have no heating so we are waiting for another visit.

We had south west energy services Ltd to repair a damaged gas pipe. Our gas had to be turned off and Adam and his colleague turned up within a short time and took very little time in repairing the pipe in a very professional and friendly way.

Cant praise these guys enough. I had a bog standard boiler check on my 2 year old Potterton expecting a very short quick service. I have to say Jackson was extremely professional and polite. I can’t quite remember what ppm he spoke of ( he did explain it twice) but whatever it was should have been around the 200 mark but mine was over 800. I went into a bit of a panic but Jackson’s calm nature reassured me it was fine and it was .... phew) Credit where credits due, fabulous service and customer care

Polite and efficient service. After the stress of moving in and sorting out all the bills, to be confronted by a poorly boiler was all we needed. South west energy services dealt with our initial phone call promptly and organised an appointment within the week. Our repair man (Chris) was excellent, phoning before he came, arriving on time and resolved our issue, giving clear instructions as to what was wrong and a few tips on what to expect over the next few days. So.. my boiler has just been serviced by Chris from South West Energy Services. As a former British Gas customer I was unsure what their service would be like. The appointment was booked between 8 & 1pm. Chris called about 15 minutes before he arrived. Servicing completed with no issues. very friendly & he didn't mind my Bernese dog barking at him..I recommend anyone who wants to move away from British Gas to give this company a try.

Hot water failed on Friday, put in a call to SW Energy, who sent Scott out on Saturday morning early. Diagnosed the problem, part was ordered and fitted by Connor on Tuesday pm. Both gents polite and professional, good job. 19 year old boiler, always serviced once a year. Thanks for keeping it going.

I had a call from Adam saying he was on the way.When he arrived he fixed the leak on the boiler within 10 minutes. The plastic valve had perished causing a leak and soaking everything in the airing cupboard which was a real nuisance. Maybe the valve that had perished should be made of metal! Please note ! Excellent service from Adam . Thank you.
